                   FULL BACKGROUND INFORMATION.

26^th February, 2012.

I am Cassidy Joao Chitali a Secondary School Teacher, and Mechanical Engineer a male Angolan age 39, born on the 24^th December, 1975 in the Province of Bie of Domingas Satundu and a late father American origin.

Due to intense warring factions between the opposition political party UNITA and ruling MPLA in the 1960s my parents decided to leave Angola Bie in order to seek refugee there.

I grew up in Zambia in the North-Western Province in a Meheba Refugee Settlement which accommodated refugees from different countries in Africa.

The UNHCR in Zambia helped me with the majority refugees to sponsor our studies at Primary, Secondary and College levels.

Following the voluntary repatriation of Angolan refugees by UNHCR from Zambia due to the peace signing of the peace accords between the opposition party of the UNITA and ruling MPLA, I got repatriated voluntarily and officially on the 7^th June, 1997 to Angola when warring factions still continued in Angola.

My first job in Angola was on the 17^th July, 1997 at the United Nations Peace Keeping Mission (MONUA), as a local staff in the (ISS) Integrated Support Services as a Fuel Cell and Administrative Assistant.

During the UN operations for peace process I mate with the staff officers from the Central Intelligence Agency, United States Army, Air force who gave me intelligence incentives and recruited me into the network as a secret service meant to carry out any operation of gathering intelligence and czar.

Abuse of power, misinformation or and deliberate actions that the Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos involved in with his family caught me un aware and held me prison as his son at the Angola’s presidential palace in Luanda on the 17^th December, 2000 for 30 business days. The amnesty international and other human rights observers tried to investigate into this issue but, the Angolan Police up to now refuse as t was illegal action and abuse of presidential power by the President of the Republic of Angola Jose Eduardo dos Santos.

“They caught me un aware in a low and meager profile when they drove me to the Chief of Angolan Presidential Security Officer who lead me to prison like a joke and told me you will have everything you want here until you talk to the President him.”

“No prior judgment procedures were taken before I was held prison, meaning they violated the international of justice. They wanted to kill me in an uprising there.”

Despite their efforts to ask me to hold talk with the President whilst in Prison I refused because that was not my intention to discuss with him.

The United States of American authorities came to know that I was held prison that time because I made a communication whilst in prison to the Former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan, United States authorities including the Army, and the Central Intelligence Agency to complain about the evil scene which saw my release from the prison on the 17^th January, 2001.

Although some deaths followed after my release from prison I did not make any connections with that referring to the assassination of the President Laurent Desire Kabila in the DRC Congo.

After my release from prison, all my activities, my life, my commitments and interaction in the society was affected because the albatross Jose Eduardo dos Santos went to the media, state radio, and Angola Journal to publish the information which made every citizen get concerned about me and begun to mistreat me with all sorts of organized crime such as beatings, theft, murders and total rejection from the Angolan society. I made efforts to request for a pickup from Angola to United States of America, the US. Army and Air force came to Angola to pick me but the devil President Jose Eduardo refused me to be taken with them for fear of resumption of war.

“Although I survived, it was by the grace of God and not by what I intended to have or to live. I mean life became hard since 2001 because the President and his family who hold big posts influenced the nation to mistreat me and to make no good and paying job was given to me”.

Which is why I begun to think one day to make sure I myself equal and even stronger much competent or better than them. I did this by first entering in direct contact with the United States Army and CIA to seek assistance and power support by working with them proving intelligence on several issues that affected the United States of America. That was how from Angola I begun to use the embassy and the internet to enter in direct contact with Former Presidents George Walker Bush, Bill Jefferson Clinton, CIA Director George Tenet, and the United States Army generals on sensitive issues regarding the 9/11 terror attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon thus Counter Terrorism Expert hence the coining of the Afghanistan war, Iraq war, and the supposed to be Syrian war. That means my work on gathering of information was so much depended on especially that what I delivered to them was accepted and found genuine to use, to do and to depend on especially action.

I felt I reached the level I needed to acquire or attain to protect myself and rise against the ruling government MPLA  and any other internal and external contacts established in the Republic of Namibia and Zimbabwe or and individuals that supported the ruling MPLA and finally to neutralize or remove President Jose Eduardo dos Santos from power was my first option and objective especially that he has mislaid, mismanaged and embezzled or pilfered huge sums of money amounting to US$ 20 Billions for himself and his family leaving the nation Angola in extreme poverty earning less that 1 dollar per day. He solves this by saying that Angolan poverty was inherited from the colonial in a video where he publicly confesses during a rally. So with growing concern of my presidential problem.

Following the re-election of the Former United States President George Walker Bush in the second term of office in 2004 where he almost lost to Democrat Senate John Kerry because of the Iraq war which they thought we made was illegal, I was asked to provide proof and evidence in written by the United States Army for his re-election purposes. Which I did and requested them to consider his re election to the second term of office.

“I stressed that a Presidential nominee was essential for President George Walker Bush, if it failed we were going to make war in the United States of America of which President George Bush was already frustrated and had almost started in New York when he exploded bombs deliberately after a lost campaign in New York City.”

After the majority Angolans learned from this situation they begun to respect me including the Marxist and dictator President Jose Eduardo dos Santos with the MPLA staff.

After the MPLA learned of what I had done during the re election process in the United States, they contacted me in a special way to lead the research project which was meant to evaluate the living conditions of the Angolans after peace a project research which was sponsored by the World Bank, UNICEF, National Institute of Statistics and the Government of Angola. It was this that the 2008 elections in Angola were running to threaten and remove the ruling MPLA from power as the majority Angolans were frustrated at the leadership of the MPLA and the Government of Jose Eduardo dos Santos. This was how and when the MPLA contacted me to do as I did with the United States elections. And that was how MPLA got re elected.

“I sublimated and made extreme effort to inform President George Walker Bush about the essence of MPLA as a party which has run the government and has everything to sustain Angolans and if fails or looses will rekindle war.”

United States special presidential diplomatic authorities were sent to control or monitor the Angolan elections at my request to President George Walker Bush and just declared that MPLA needed to continue.

But, with investigations I have carried out, I find no reason now and at the moment to re elect MPLA with President Jose Eduardo dos Santos who has a failed governance and brutal approach to problem solving.

Following the risks of death thefts into my home that I have encountered since I was released from the presidential prison I found it necessary to make consultations with the Angolan authorities who finally told me that it was the President Jose Eduardo dos Santos with his family who troubled me. The Angolan Police advised me to leave Angola and seek refugee or asylum in any neighboring country of which Namibia is considerable although there is a high infiltration of Angolans who might do me harm.

“I mean I need to stay in a country where there are few or no Angolans existing there.”

I officially entered Namibia on the 13^th of February, 2012 through the Oshikango boarder with the intention as advised by the Angolan Police.

When I arrived in Windhoek, I went to the Ministry of Home Affairs to discuss with the authorities about my continued presence in Namibia purposely to seek asylum.

Unfortunately, the Ministry of Home Affairs refugee desk in Namibia told me that they are not receiving any more Angolan refugees following the repatriation of all the Angolan refugees coming in June this year so they told me to find a way out for my self.

Meanwhile I am waiting for my entry VISA approval application at the Bostwana Embassy to arrive Gaborone and continue travelling until I arrive to the United States of America of God wills.

Illegal fund I refer to is the money they have stolen from the public, private companies, nongovernmental organizations, diamond revenues and petroleum revenues, and from individuals. President Jose Eduardo dos Santos with his cronies have amassed and stolen huge sums of money more than 20 Billions of US. Dollars and kept for himself and his family. His son recently opened a personal bank in Angola called Kwacha bank where some of the money was kept which changed the name after discovering the bank was meant to keep stolen funds. President Jose Eduardo dos Santos has too much stolen money with him he recently six days ago decided to fly from Angola to China in order to “Spend a weekend there with his family” but with an intention of hiding a stolen 20 kilograms of first class diamonds there in China on the same day we made his plane catch fire upon take off in Luanda International Airport and returned by cancelling the journey with panic and sweating profusely even when he knows that he is on a No Fly Zone and badly wanted list to explain why he has stolen money from Angola leaving the entire Angolan population in extreme suffering of poverty and he solves this by requesting the UNICEF, World Bank, and other countries to donate money to him which is evil. Jose Eduardo dos Santos is a evil, a devil could be Lucifer son the most corrupt man in the World international community rates him so. He has committed a lot of atrocities and caused calamities to the Angolan communities and other African Countries including other continents. He avoids trouble where he has trouble instead of solving it and begins to make new relationships with innocent countries thinking that problems have ended yet they continue. He considers himself to be a superpower because of the power of money which he uses to carry out inhumane and terrorist activities. Angola need a change in its leadership taking out the corrupt MPLA out of power and forming a new presidency which can begin to solve the most essential needs of Angolans say safe tap drinking water which people still buy very expensively, sand soil for construction is still bought expensively, poor hospitals, poor schools, bad imported food, no democracy to express easily, no good jobs, inflation is beating at its best, the US$. dollar devalued, economy stupid, even after the economic boom, corruption has increased, high rate of prostitution sex due to joblessness causing HIV increase, abrupt deaths, many more problems have risen deliberately caused by the President Jose Eduardo dos Santos.

Death attempts are being made and we have finally authorized or allowed the International community especially the Super Power number One The United States of America with President Barak Obama and the former Presidents, Britain, Brazil, France, and Swiss to help us by participating in eliminating President Jose Eduardo dos Santos before he stands for the next Angolan election headed 2012. The biggest problems for Angola to the International Community and the super powers is that they refused and rebelled against the recognized and acceptable method of bringing peace to Angola by opting a military solution which is wrong. The UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL SOLUTIONS on the LUSAKA PROTOCOL which was meant to end war by dialogue disarming both UNITA and MPLA to hold talks which was recommended. Instead they said “There is war which ends and there is war which never ends” on the closing day of the UN peace keeping mission in Angola called MONUA where UN had spent billions of money since its opening UNAVEM I, II, III and continued to cause the resumption of war in Angola by killing many people until Jonas Savimbi died. This caused the United Nations in New York with former Secretary General Kofi Annan angry to ask them if they too never wanted the other UN agencies so could be closed as well as they rebelled against UN did not want the continued presence of MONUA implying up to now we don’t want the Angolans to participate in the United Nations administrations because they are black listed and can be ruled out anytime from the United Nations member list. It was wrong to have employed a favored miss Universe an Angolan called Leila Lopes to be an Ambassador in the United Nations because she is not fit and very incompetent. She is just a trained prostitute able to undress herself and walk naked in the presence of the whole world. Leila Lopes could be on SSA contract in the United Nations and must be fired from the UN employment and be returned to Angola immediately she is not competent. The majority Angolans must not participate or contribute to the United Nations only when to be advised. One of the most successfully diverse market centres became the town of M’banza Kongo around which the Kongo kingdom evolved. The promotion of Minister of Foreign Relations Jorge to full membership in the Central Committee was especially insignificant because, during the Neto regime, Jorge had initiated contact with the West and maintained the flexible foreign policy that characterized that regime, despite Soviet objections. Minister of Domestic and Foreign Trade Almeida, also promoted to full Central Committee membership, was an active participant in the fostering of Angola’s economic ties with the West as well. I feel its time to help UNITA or any equivalent of opposition and not MPLA any more. He has failed to fulfil many promises and Arabic moslem and al-qaeda friend as he is continues to infiltrate into the United Security net that we have know Barak is famous among the Arabs and Kenyans Americans.

AND………..also Barak Obama administration has Massive corrupt wasted spending, Mountains of debt that may crush us, a foreign policy in collapse, the Middle East in chaos, gas soaring to $6 or $7 a gallon because Obama refuses to develop domestic energy, and now a useless, endless, unauthorized war that has turned into nothing but a blatant attempt to assasinate Gadhafi, and UNEMPLOYMENT has only gone down slightly because millions have given up looking for work. We haven’t had such a total disaster in the White House since Jimmy Carter, and Obama is far worse! And somehow sick President mentally disturbed only criticizing and accusing President Bush for everything trouble.

The smart money in a presidential election is on the incumbent. But in a down economy, or when the public perceives the incumbent as feckless, dithering or simply not up to the task—can you say Jimmy Carter or George H.W. Bush?—the conventional wisdom can go out the window. That’s pretty much where we are with President Obama.

Several factors, when taken together, make it almost impossible for him to win reelection. “It’s the Economy, Stupid.” We have former Bill Clinton advisor James Carville—who knows a little something about beating an incumbent president, Bush 41—to thank for that important insight. Maybe Carville was anticipating Obama. A new Washington Post poll claims that 57 percent of the public disapproves of Obama’s handling of the economy. Those kinds of numbers can create electoral landslides—for the opponent. Since 1940 no incumbent president has been reelected with an unemployment rate above 7.5 percent (i.e., Reagan’s rate in 1984). It’s currently 8.8 percent. Of course, many states have significantly higher unemployment rates; California , Nevada , Michigan , Oregon and Florida , among others, remain above 10 percent. Those states are essential for Obama’s reelection. While California and Oregon will remain blue, economically struggling Michigan , Nevada and Florida could express their discontent by voting Republican. The economy will likely pick up over the next 18 months, but very slowly. And that means millions of struggling families will head to the polls on election day and vindicate Carville’s political insight . Consumers Are “Fueling” the Pain. High gas prices create immediate and visceral economic pain. A new ABC/Washington Post poll says that seven out of 10 respondents claim that high gas prices are “causing financial hardship.” When those prices get high enough, the public starts demanding solutions—and holding politicians responsible. There have been three major gas-price hikes in the past century: • The mid-1970s when Gerald Ford was president; • Followed by an even bigger spike when Jimmy Carter occupied the Oval Office; and • 2008, when oil exceeded $100 a barrel between January and September, ending just before the presidential election. Incumbent Gerald Ford lost his reelection bid, as did Jimmy Carter. Of course, John McCain wasn’t running for reelection in 2008, but the Republican Party (with Bush in the White House) was—and the party lost. Even though prices had started to decline by September, it wasn’t enough to stem the summer of our discontent. Barack Obama has never proposed a serious energy policy. Indeed, he has either directly or indirectly opposed virtually all efforts to develop domestic energy sources, including offshore drilling and in Alaska . Rather, his energy policy seems to be to put everyone in a (Government Motors) Chevy Volt. The 2008 gas-price surge lasted about nine months. If the current surge follows that pattern, that would take it to the beginning of 2012—and some think it may go significantly longer. If voters continue to “fuel” the pain at the pumps, the president will feel their pain at the polls. The Debt Bet. A newly elected President Obama made a political bet: that the American people would be so glad to get all the new federal handouts and bailouts there would be little or no political fallout. Although he still complains he inherited the first-ever $1 trillion deficit from the Bush administration, Obama immediately doubled down with a $1.4 trillion deficit for the 2009 fiscal year, and $1.29 trillion for FY 2010, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Then CBO also projected budget deficits at $1.43 trillion for FY 2011 and $1.16 trillion for FY 2012. Of course, repeated Republican calls for spending cuts, backed up by widespread public support in the polls, forced the president to reverse course in April, which may affect future deficits. But Obama’s repeated efforts to blame Bush for deficit spending—deficits that were created by a Democratically controlled Congress and supported by then-Senator Obama—no longer look disingenuous so much as dishonest. Much of the voter angst that led to the Democrats’ drubbing last November was due to the president’s unchecked federal spending spree. Obama gambled big and lost. The public wants the country’s fiscal house in order, and that means big spending cuts—not tax increases. Promises Made, Promises Broken. The man is a serial flip-flopper who has reversed himself on almost every major promise—and a lot of minor ones, too: His assertion about the openness of the health care reform legislation; his opposition to an individual mandate requiring people to buy health insurance; his strong support for publicly funded presidential campaigns; his claim that he would shut down Guantanamo and try terrorists in civilian courts; his criticism of Bush for getting us bogged down in a winless war in a Muslim country, then going into Libya; his promise that families making less than $250,000 would see no tax increases. The list of his flip-flops is endless. On the positive side, the man can claim that he’s been right on almost every issue because he’s been on both sides of so many of them. But American voters want a president with principles who stands for something—besides his own reelection, I mean. The Electoral Flap. The November election was a boon for Republicans, giving them control of the governor’s mansions in 29 states and another five with Republican legislatures and a Democratic governor. So how do some of the pundits see this massive electoral upheaval playing out for Obama’s reelection? Why favoring it, of course. USA Today reporter David Jackson writes, “Our friends at NBC News have revised their battleground map, and it shows that Obama and the Democrats have the edge in states with 232 electoral votes.” (It takes 270 to win.) By contrast, political tracking pro Michael Barone writing in the Washington Examiner comes to a similar number for Democrats, 237 electoral votes, but he sees that number at the top end of their total votes, not the starting point. As a general rule, you don’t want to bet against Barone. The fact is that the state-by-state breakdowns show a Republican trend. For example, of the four states USA Today lists as “lean Dem,” three of them— Michigan , New Jersey and Pennsylvania —all have Republican governors now. And the fourth, Minnesota , just had a two-term Republican governor step down and now, remarkably for that state, has a Republican House and Senate. Of the 10 states considered toss-ups, several of them— Florida , Iowa , North Carolina , Ohio and Virginia —have strong Republican leanings, and voted both times for George W. Bush. The electoral map is leaning more Republican than it has for years. Obama can win it, but it’s an uphill climb, not a downhill slide. The Tax Man Cometh. Presidential candidate Walter Mondale famously predicted at the 1984 Democratic convention, “Mr. Reagan will raise taxes, and so will I. He won’t tell you. I just did.” The crowd was silent for a few seconds, then slowly began to applaud—probably wondering if they should publicly approve of Mondale’s self-inflicted wound. He went on to win Washington DC and, barely, his home state of Minnesota . Barack Obama is embracing the Mondale tax-increase strategy by demanding higher taxes on the “rich.” And I bet it works every bit as well him as it did for Mondale. Taken together, Obama’s economic malpractice, flip-flops, class warfare and the country’s rejection of his policies will make it very hard for him to win reelection. The one big plus in Obama’s favor, besides incumbency, is the lack of a strong Republican alternative—yet. But even that may not be a deal breaker. The 2012 presidential election will likely be more a vote against Barack Obama than a vote for the Republican candidate. Awaiting your action to this message.

O recente Presidente de Angola Jose Eduardo dos Santos nao pode  accusar os colonialistas bem dizer Portugal assuntos relacionados com popreza e outros dificuldades que Angoal enfrenta depois de colonial. Tempo colonial e Tempo colonial nao pode misturar por ter nos roubado muito dinheiro. Presidente Jose Eduardo dos santos e um gatono ja mais conhecido como um presidente mais corrupto no mundo ele nos robou a mais de 20 billions e nos deixou e alta pobreza que estas agora em angola 2011.  Eu por que tenho comprovacao de tudo.

Ele continua contar estorias de colonial em quanto o roubo que ele fez e de mais recente e esta  fujir este casso sinceramente. A pobreza de Angola vieu atravez de roubo que ele nos fez.  Eu ja mandei o radio nacional de angola para passar fazer anuncios sobre tudo pesquisar onde ele guardou o dinheiro no montante de mais US$ 20 Billioes.
